Are you passionate about Jesus, eager to grow in your faith, and ready to invest in a year of intentional ministry?

Each year, the Hub Belfast welcomes a group of young adults to join our internship programme—a year shaped by Christian community, spiritual growth, and hands-on ministry experience in the heart of Belfast. Whether you’ve recently graduated or are taking a gap year, this is your chance to explore God’s call on your life. A year on our team will ensure that you are equipped, supported, and encouraged as you step into all that God has for you.

What does an Internship at The Hub Belfast look like? 

  • 10 months of full time ministry to students on the campus of Queen’s University, as well as helping us grow chaplaincy at Stranmillis and Belfast Met

  • The opportunity to explore your passion and gifting in ministry in areas like Pastoral Care, Worship, Hospitality, Preaching, Outreach and Evangelism

  • A chance to be part of shaping the vision for The Church of the Resurrection - an all-age multi-national worshipping community who meet in The Hub on Sunday mornings

  • Join in weekly team meetings, retreats and training opportunities with the Ministry Team

  • 1-1 mentoring with a member of the Ministry Team to help you grow in your own discipleship and relationship with God

  • Free travel, tickets and accommodation when you represent The Hub at Christian conferences and festivals

  • Financial support for external training opportunities

  • Free accommodation in one of our beautiful Victorian houses, including the cost of heating, electricity and internet

  • A monthly living grant
