1:1 Ministry
One-to-one conversations can be a really significant part of how we grow in faith and journey with God. Students are always welcome to chat with anyone on our Ministry Team – our office door is always open, and we love an excuse to close our laptops and grab a coffee. If you are interested in meeting 1:1 with a member of the ministry team, here is what that might look like:
Pastoral Care is an opportunity to talk and receive prayerful support and practical help during times of personal need, crisis, or transition, grounded in Christ's love and presence. If a student is finding something difficult or struggling in any way, they can always reach to the staff team.
Discipleship is an opportunity to work through intentional steps you can take to grow in faith, obedience, and Christlikeness, through reading Scripture, prayer, encouragement and accountability. If you are a student and have a book, a topic or a spiritual habit they would like to chat about or explore, please reach out to our team.
Mentoring is an opportunity to explore what God is calling you to, how to develop your gifts and what steps to take - with someone who can speak from experience and is passionate about what might be ahead of you. The team are here to encourage others in their gifting or passions and endeavour to pair students up with a member of the staff who carry something similar.
